Change Management and Training

Starting point
A grown legacy system was to be replaced by SAP ECC 6.0. High complexity with projects and BOMs. Integration of engineering, project management, procurement, and sales. About 30 stakeholders. KHD brought in HWC for change, training, documentation, and support.

Task
Deliver a stable go-live for PS, PLM, SD, and MM. FI/CO already live. Secure adoption, build knowledge, harmonize and make processes transparent.

Approach
Started change management and targeted training early. Planned, documented, and delivered content independently. Clear resource and timeline plans. Close communication with business. Measurable transparency in daily project work. After go-live: hypercare, process harmonization, and autonomous trainings for subsidiary ZAB in Dessau.

Result
