Cloud-based monitor for system and interface monitoring

Starting point
Many business processes ran across separate systems and connectors. From plants to field sales. Error detection and fixes took time. End-to-end transparency was missing. Monitoring was decentralized and hard to scale.

Objective
Build one cloud platform to monitor all processes and interfaces. Detect errors and runtime issues early. Automate routines. Let users intervene directly. All on a scalable base.

Solution
Implemented on SAP Business Technology Platform. Integrated all external partners and channels: plants, customers, suppliers, field force. Introduced a clear IDoc monitor for data exchange and errors. Pulled batch jobs and runtime errors from SAP domains into one view. Error texts and playbooks are customer-maintained. Actions such as IDoc reprocessing can be triggered in place from the monitor.

Result
One central, scalable platform delivers full process transparency. Errors are found and fixed faster. Users act immediately. Outcome: less downtime, more control, and measurably higher process safety in daily operations.
