Build a scalable platform: SAP S/4HANA at the core. Connect four contract fillers and the CRM via SAP Cloud Platform. Fiori apps, clear processes, clean cutover without downtime.
Approach
Delivered logistics, procurement, sales, finance, and controlling in eight months. Migrated data and built cloud interfaces. Field sales access ERP on the go. Orders and master data run centrally. Go-live in January 2019 with training and short decision paths.
Result
